I like the taste of water kefir but I want to get the benefits of milk kefir so I am making both. I wonder if I drink them both, will the good bacteria fight in my guts? 🤔

I came to see the benefits and the video was about the company and how they made millions, Who cares about all this? Once i started seeing where this video is going i'm looking for another video. I care about my health not what the company finances. But thank you for the effort, Not against a nice iformative video but it's a click bait sorta title.

Has any study been done on how many ACTIVE LIVE cultures there is the longer it sits on the shelf? Are we really getting enough live probiotics by the time we open it or is it a gimmick?

@ThatsmessedupmanАй бұрын
I want to know how much actual live culture is a bottle. That is the only reason to drink this stuff. While they list a number on the bottle they state at bottling, someone must have tested this.

I'm using my spare milk kefir grains for making water kefir instead of just throwing them away. The process is exactly the same as with water kefir grains and the finished beverage tastes even the same. Only difference is the milk kefir grains stop growing in the sugar water and have to be replaced regularly after a month or so with new spare grains.

I bought my grains via Amazon from Mr and Mrs Kefir. I have had them for over four years and I have split off and shared over a dozen times. Always have extra grains, they are growing and healthy

I started making the own kefir about a week ago. I didn’t know about starting slowly, but I had no problem. The immediate effect has been on my digestion. Regularity has always been a huge problem for me. But now I’m having no issues at all. It’s a miracle worker for my gut!! Thank you for a great video!!

I drank my first Kefir last week, and I immediately got sick. The next day I had the worst cold I had in a decade. I'm still recovering, but I resumed driving the kefir after a few days, and my body seems fine. In fact, it might be changing for the better, lol. I feel more energized, and my voice is getting deeper. Not sure if it's the cold, but I distinctly remember during puperty that my voice change was very gradual where certain pitches would be "unavailable" while changing, until eventually every pitch had been worked on. That's kind of happening now, though I can't completely credit the kefir, as I've been actively trying to get testosterone up and reducing exposure to estrogenic chemicals. This includes getting rid of all food, drink & cookware plastics & switching to metal, glass & wood ones. This also includes getting rid of scented items like cologne, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, & air fresheners. I've also started filtering all my water before drinking or cooking or making coffee with it. Another thing is definitely probiotics. I love me my Kombuchas, and now I'm also in love with Kefir! It's like a sour yogurt 😂
