Hello. When increasing the power, did you switch to a single-mass flywheel? What were the symptoms that forced you to replace it? I am now injecting 90 mg / hub fuel, and there is strong vibration at 1800-2300 rpm at full throttle (4-6 gear). Bmw 330d m57

@@artyom5645 yes, it was manual during the video and up until recently. things change. i added a third turbo to the car and the clutch wouldn't hold up

@@jerolehmuskoski5108 This was a Clutchmasters FX1000. Crazy pedal pressure. Probably only suitable for race, and only a sprint rather than endurance. Crazy. ZF 8hp is better.

with the M62, we never got it fully sorted so I don't know. With the S62 and supercharger, just over 500whp

Wait did they sell the 335d wagon here in the US? I know of the sedan but I didn't think we got any wagons here, but I also know the e9x wagons are rare in the US to begin with. Also, I assume you did a manual swap? I have heard we never got a factory manual m57 vehicle in the US

@@JJ-yi1xv been awhile but i believe the dyno was done in 5th gear which is 1:1. shouldn't matter though. and this transmission is now gone, back to an 8sp auto

I drive it pretty hard every chance I get and it still usually hovers around 30mpg. If I were to take it easy and drive normally, my guess is 40-45mpg but I didn't build it for efficiency, I built it for neck-snapping fun

No, I have done commission builds before and people are not very understanding when things go wrong or we have trouble figuring things out, so I only do builds for myself now.
