Awful product. Glad it was discontinued. Vibration is too strong. Don't ever use it on anything except the lowest setting and on your legs. Using it anywhere else at any setting, the vibration will cause your brain to rattle and result in brain injury.

Rib cage doesn't expand, when you belly breathe, belly expands in all possible directions to create space for lungs inflation, it looks like lateral expansion when looking from front, like a 2d view.

I herniated my S1/L5 disc causing an unbelievable amount of pain doing exactly this! In bed for 5 weeks, recovery time yet unknown, waiting on a decision on surgery. What made the issue even worse is that the dead hang at the bottom stretched the lower back muscles which felt nice but weakened them and created ever more instability, resulting in ever more hip flicking in the initial phase of the scapula pull. I can’t stress how important it is to pair pull ups with core strength exercises including the McGill big 3 and something like the superman to build stability. Then focus on form, go slowly, and engage the core. One perfect form rep is better than 5 humped ones.

Depends on the root cause. However any exercises that stabilize the glenohumeral joint will suffice.

Doing bicycles with the legs slowly while doing pull ups is great core activation, deadlifts ruined my spine tho, regardless of form, you cannot do deadlifts often.

I have moderate pain in the bony protrusion that is kind of next to the fibula head…. Idk what this structure is, but it protrudes quite a bit when my knee is bent. It suddenly appeared about 5 days ago. I probably strained it somehow, but was wondering if I can get some sort of knee brace for it and what kind?
