Are there any benefits to asymmetrical squatting if you do not have any imbalances? Conversely could asymmetrical squatting create negative issues in a person that is balanced in their squatting?

I did my regular 5 sets of 5 today & noticed one of my sets was asymmetrical (as in one side of the bar was further out than the other side) this really bothered me & I'm wondering if I potentially sabotaged some of my gains in doing so.
