I literally only want to be able to DICE/CUBE food. I HAVE a 14 cup food processor that I barely use (I have a hand blender & a salad shooter, they are more convenient for most of my work so far, I have used my 14 cup processor that does NOT have a dicing kit or option like 3 times & am upset about it, another story another day, dear). I want to make pico/bruchette/pasta salads of several kinds in bulk every 4 to 6 days - to do that, I need a DICER/CUBER. I will buy an all new processor as long as I know I can rely on not only tomatoes working, but also being uniformly sliced. I cannot trust myself to use this kit to do it because this kit relies 100% on MY speed of push for slice. Does Magimix have anything that can do it more like the parent/big sister commercial models? Something like that for home use would be great.
@bestyoutubernonegraternumber12 ай бұрын
It is a shame because I see how those are a great idea because you ALREADY have your squares BEFORE you slice; but you will ANNIHILATE tomatoes with that, am I right? I will do more research, but I think the only way I can do roma tomatoes with that is to push them through fast = no squares = no joy. I need a dicer for frequent bruschetta & pico. To do that, I THINK I need a kit that slices then smashes it through. I sent back a Breville paradice 9 cup because it is just too small & also stalled shredding mozzarella. I may get the Paradice 16 IF they offer it in Damson Blue OR get the dicing kit + a damson blue Sous Chef 16 if they ever release that kit. I kind of want this magimix - it is the mother of all processors for the home. I am just scared I cannot reliably do 20 tomatoes at a time with it.

Thank you for this nice presentation! For making a raw salad, will the dicing kit handle raw vegetables well, especially the harder ones like carrots, raw beets? In general: Which machine (mini, 3200, 4200, 5200) and which blade or dicing kid do you recommend, when I want to make a daily big raw salad, including beets, carrots, brokkoli, cauliflower, red cabbage, etc. Thank you!
@MagimixAus2 ай бұрын
Thank you for complimenting the presentation! The dicing kit demonstrated is versatile and effective for various raw vegetables. However, it is not designed to handle harder vegetables in their raw state. For the best results and to ensure the longevity of the kit, we recommend slightly pre boiling the harder vegetables before dicing. This will make the dicing process smoother and easier. If you have any specific questions or need further assistance, please feel free to ask!

Thank you for this nice presentation! Can I ask you something: I'm trying to choose the right size Magimix machine. I want to make one big salad bowl per day, including all sorts of veggies, especially: Beets, Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, red cabbage, onion, etc.. Which size machine would you suggest for this purpose? The 3200, 4200 and 5200 can be used with a dicing attachment, I don't know if this is helpful for making salads. Thanks for your help!

Nice demonstration, thank you! I'm considering buying a Magimix food processor. Can I ask you something: Is it good for making salads, chopping up all kinds of raw veggies (beets, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, etc.). Which size machine would you recommend (I want to be able to make 1 big salad bowl per day). Thank you again!

Hello Peter, yes, it chops all kinds of veggies. Now, in response to your question about the size, it depends on how many people you are preparing the salad for. Please check our website. We have a dedicated page for comparing our food processors. www.magimix.com.au/111-compare-food-processors ☺

Hello! This video demonstrates the food processor cause they are equally amazing and have the same technology! The difference between models is the capacity, which depends on your need and how big you need your food processor to be! I hope this answer helps you ☺️

My Magimix Cook Expert had some technical issue with the blade and the motor (with a 30 yeaes warranty) . The repair service costed about 150 €. In addition, Magimix made me pay 70 € for the delivery from/to an address which is nit in France. Moreover, the handle on the pot had become ramshackle - it's only fixed with three tiny screws, which also corrode, at a pivotal point since you mount the pot with that handle. This flaw costs additional 200€ No I've received my machine after the repair service and it turns out that the "fix" was so well done that it came back with an even more serious defect (see error message in the image). Customer support is not attentive, rude and not collaborating but wants me to send it to their "repair service" once again on my own expense. This is appalling and a real imposition.
