Try mayo on both sides of the bread. The oil in it is a barrier to keep the bread from getting soggy.

Yep. When people smoke they do not realize how it not only effects their olfa Tory sense but the taste buds are too. I had a dad and sister who quit. They couldn't stand the smell of cigarette smoke! Sis said her sense of taste got better too. The weed thing is probably just that peeps are burning one. Just facts as you said.

40 lbs down is awesome! Keep going, Jill!! It's a wonderful feeling when clothes that were so tight can now feel great. Just wait when they're so loose that you need new clothes! Would you ever do a little exercise video? What exercises do you do, how long and how many? If not, you should maybe still video it and after a month to see the improvement! I know you already said it's becoming easier but it would be something else to see it!
