Good job I've got the same and I'm going to do the same. This should have actually been a recall type deal but you know how they are nowadays

I was told by my son in law who had a bike shop with his daddy that the 1300 honda is a better bike than the 1800. I forgot why but I just bought a 07 1300R with 2,700 miles on it.

I totally liked that the trial trip was filmed with a following vehicle and not helmet cams/body cams. It gives a much better perspective on how both bikes look when being ridden on the road.

I had a 1300 and it was a nice bike. I now own a Fatboy and MUCH prefer it; fit, finish, and quality is much better on the Harley.

I have a 2008 vulcan nomad 1600. Is the vtx 1800 a very big upgrade if I get it or is it going to be very similar with marginal differences and not worth the flip?

Super awesome video. I’m 5”5 just rode a 1989 Honda Goldwing runs like a Cadillac but I was scared is a huge bike and I tiptoe so I was prettify is heavy but so smooth and I used to have a 2005 Yamaha Royal star deluxe tour and it was so heavy too but awesome suspension and so comfortable. I have a 2023 Honda Rebel 1100 DCT

Capable of a million according to Honda, and of course they are. Most riders won't do that much, but number of miles is never important except in your journey. Nice Bike.

On the 1300 on the back of it is that a secondary fuel tank if so is it connected to the primary tank to feed it as you go or is it there to pour more fuel into the primary tank once you get low. If that is a rear-mounted secondary tank and it is in line connected to the primary can we get a video on it thanks I appreciate it great videos

You missed the biggest difference, the 13 is a single pin crank and sounds like a Harley the 18 has the twin pin and sounds mediocre in comparison

I’m sure they will. If the thick backed 4 runner seats work, those Tacoma seats should as well. The seat bolt pattern should be exactly the same.

I remember before making my purchase, I tested the same generation GoldWing and it handled like a lighter sportbike. And it felt like "my father's bike." So I searched and bought my '07 Venture for $6500 with 3000 miles in 2013. The guy told me he bought it to ride with his wife, and once she got a Mustang convertible, she didn't want to ride with him anymore. One of the best purchases I ever made. I added the wider windshield for a while, then went with the Bagger Shield 2-in1 dual height windshield. The seat is super comfortable. Rode from MI to Tennessee on the Tail of the Dragon. Love it. And what he said is the lean position I love it. I have the driver backrest that can pivot back. I will say, the Yamaha wasn't trying to mimic or compete with the GoldWing, it was competing with the Harley Ultraglide. Never had to do anything to her until this year, I cleaned and serviced the carbs, installed a jet kit because I had added Monster Oval pipes and K&N filters. The only thing I would like to do is get a 2018-2022 model, even though they're air-cooled. I want that TC package. So I am looking for a trade, but not in a hurry.

Can’t believe Honda still doesn’t make this these bikes, I’ve got a 1300, it’s plenty fast , and I’ll never part with it. I bought it for $3400! Awesome cruiser. Only in the motorcycle world you can buy a more reliable product for dirt cheap.

Had an ‘04 Goldwing. Great bike. Super reliable and smooth, good performance but zero personality or sound. If you don’t mind that, you’ll love the bike. If you want a bike with some character though, look elsewhere. But I disagree about sitting on top of the Wing. I never felt I was sitting on top of it. It’s a great seating position actually.

I avoided these two gas guzzlers, and went for a 750 instead. Even it is too big. 450cc is all you need on the interstate and everywhere else. Anything over 450cc is just you burning up gasoline in a piston for no reason other than to have acceleration you don't need on tap. If you want to go fast, really fast, you don't want it on a cruiser, you want a sport bike... which is about the most useless bike ever, actually, unless you're running from some cops. If you can't carry cargo on it it's a useless bike to me.
