Great video! This machine is notorious for some frustrating snipe, primarily the out-feed tension roller being the culprit. Did you find any problem here? If so, did you successfully adjust it out? I feel like the tension screws in the out-feed need to be loosened to the point of almost ready to come out.

I always add some pate wax when I'm done. Helps prevent rust and makes the wood glide across the machine.

Two part epoxy with a 20 min pot life. Cut it with denatured alcohol if you want it thinner.

@@StonerEricson no worries the fishing rod building guys like to thin it out for wicking into the threads. For you, I say use masking tape on your frames and acrylic to prevent your beautiful work from getting fouled up. I hear it helps if you limber up with a J.

couple of questions. What spacing did you use between the dog holes? what are the dimensions of the back angled supports?

I used to 1 inch dog holes in the back goes from 4 inch to zero and is 24 tall thanks for watching happy Woodworking

I use this method as well. slightly larger base will allow you to keep your hands/ fingers out of the spray zones as you rotate the doors while spraying.
