🙏wonderful presentation and summary on Methylation. I am super excited to learn about vitamin b6 deficiency could be a contributing factor to Oxalate buildup in the body. I think Oxalate is one of those nefarious toxins that many do not know about but is the cause of many many ailments. I am planning to do some mega dosing of vitamin b to see how it improves Methylation. I think the lack of vitamin b like Thiamine could be one of the causal factors for many neurological challenges faced by the elderly. Many thanks for your contributions 🙏

I’ve been carnivore for 5 months but have broken a few times and ended up so sick again. I was reported over 5 years back that I had high oxalates. I was eating all organic super foods and had the worst health ever. Getting IV’s iron and was deficient in my B’s. If only people can understand this more. I believe the greater population has high oxalates and histamine levels. Look at all the underlying health problems and inflammation with just about everyone. It all starts here

People on most part, just think they have regular Sinus allergy; when they may actually have a deeper pollen histamine issue, of Histamine Intolerance. I HAve Histamine Intolerance. THEy told me back when, 1 in 4 million get it. HOWever i things the odds are greater than that; due to my doctor in a 100 mile radius, was seeing 8 patients with it.. odds to me means that more than 1 in 4 mill get it. Longs your eating or drinking high histamine things, or a lot of less histamine things.. or breath it if chemicals.. your gonna stay sick. YEs chemicals, are made of many high histamine things, not all but majority are. Allergist stated he never seen a humans histamine so high; in a live patient. Other doctors had me on histamine feeding meds to cure me, they added to my histamine levels for ten years; near killing me, an never sent me to an allergist before their prescriptions was issued to me. Allergist was peed off.. let me tell ya. HE took me off the Inhaler, which they never even proved i had COPD to give it too me.. An the Sudafed, an Benadryl taken from me by Allergist too(All three were scripted then,, all three were high histamine meds.. I got off their stuff, an started searching out on topic of Histamine Intolerance an.. found was suppose to been on a diet for.. neither Doctor ever mentioned. IT took me trial an effort, to figure out high dose, to low dose histamine food sources/an drink. HAd internet cam along sooner for info search; maybe i been better off sooner than later? Rural areas had small info selection in libraries back then. Anyway. BEst way helped self.. as a chem ical issue basically.." Boy in PLAstic Bubble-Travolts.. (Always said i am the hirl in plastic bubble.. almost. we have to remove self from high histamine scents.. as well as from high histamine food an drink. I Choose to go in places that are almost empty; so eat when places are slow. Stopped going to church, because they clean with high histamine things.. Bleach, Ammonia, pine-sol.. an more.. they are my top three peeves chem wise.. but.. foods really get me is Okra, MAngo, PApaya.. as said more bigger the seed, more the histamine.. an if lower in histamine, but large the seed also effects. AN small the seed, but many also effects. I Do not think even Doctors really understand the Histamine Intolerance.. or the Diabetes. I took a different approach to diabetes, they were killing me with their way too on diabetes,. So many years me doing this on my own will.. a woman Doctor on TEd, started doing as i done for myself.. I AM no longer lethargic an sleep all the time.. I Can do things again. I Am far less sick, than i use to be.IF have HIT, them stop all the RooM Deodorizers an scented candles.. they full of plant stuff high in histamine. Even Perfumes an cologne.. deodorants..etc.. USE natural things.. try to smell them, if any reaction to know.. or immediate headache or.. dont get it. IF cannot smell via how its wrapped pass it by. I use to by, if a problem with it; i 'd give it too family to use. Economy so High now, i cannot afford to buy if possible cannot use it. Even Clothes Detergents,, shampoo's etc.. watch what your buying. BUY Scent free.. or natural . Preservative's usually are high histamine. IF your getting headaches or migraines at gas pump; your having histamine issue,, Smelling petroleum products. LISt too long to name, then each person might not be exact the same issues.

All of the things that you're listing off seem to be some sort of deficiency in the immune system that is probably arising from a deficiency in the person's diet such as zinc or magnesium, or maybe even a vitamin. And these are things that you can't always measure for. However, farmers only put three main nutrients back into the soil when plants remove hundreds from the soil and our soil isn't alive anymore. Like there is no microbiome to the soil. Most of it is just dead with a couple of nutrients in it. So of course people are going to be having these new medical conditions. But I do think being in Australia you should be considering being over vitamin D as opposed to under vitamin D😅

Have You ever considered vitamin D in balance since you're in Australia and get such high levels of unfiltered sunlight? Vitamin D and Histamine in the Brain: A Complex Relationship Vitamin D and histamine are both involved in various physiological processes, and both have been linked to brain function. However, the exact relationship between high levels of vitamin D and histamine in the brain is a complex and ongoing area of research. Vitamin D and the Brain * Neuroprotective effects: Vitamin D has been shown to have neuroprotective properties, potentially reducing the risk of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. * Mood regulation: Some studies suggest that vitamin D may play a role in mood regulation, and deficiencies have been associated with depression. * Cognitive function: Vitamin D may also influence cognitive function, including memory and attention. Histamine and the Brain * Neurotransmitter: Histamine is a neurotransmitter in the brain, involved in regulating sleep-wake cycles, appetite, and alertness. * Inflammatory responses: Histamine is also involved in inflammatory responses, which can be both beneficial and harmful to the brain. The Relationship Between Vitamin D and Histamine While the exact relationship between high levels of vitamin D and histamine in the brain is not fully understood, here are some potential connections: * Inflammatory responses: Vitamin D may modulate inflammatory responses, potentially influencing histamine levels in the brain. * Sleep-wake cycles: Both vitamin D and histamine are involved in regulating sleep-wake cycles. High levels of vitamin D might influence histamine levels, affecting sleep patterns. * Cognitive function: Both vitamin D and histamine have been linked to cognitive function. High levels of vitamin D might influence histamine levels, impacting cognitive processes. It's important to note that more research is needed to fully understand the interplay between vitamin D and histamine in the brain. Factors such as individual genetic variations, dietary habits, and other health conditions can influence these levels and their effects. If you have concerns about your vitamin D or histamine levels, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional. They can assess your individual situation, provide personalized advice, and recommend any necessary tests or treatments. Diet industry is charlatan business. Guess what they don't talk about? Traditional food preparations. Oxalic acid can be removed, from vegetables. Antinutrients can be removed. But, people like Sally Norton needs to sell stuff, for money. Carnivore gurus know that Carnivore, has a cult following, to milk dry. Keto is the second biggest business, with Vegan in first place.

@Willy-hs7uu 26 күн бұрын
PRO-biotics are not that useful and can cause more problems, we have hundreds of beneficial strains in our body many work in supporting roles to one another, bombarding your gut with just a few, will not do the trick, our biome all share limited resources. by far the best method to increase the good guys, is fiber and some other items, Pectin, Inulin, acacia, and other fibers, carb resistant starches, and allulose, seem to benefit your biome, of course fibers also help remove toxins from the body, I am using acacia fiber now with great success in helping my kidneys after I suffered an Oxalate dump, that had caused them damage. Stay away from Sucralose this is really bad for good gut bacteria.

Been figuring out this journey for a while and made the connection between SIBO and too much histamine which has plagued me for most of my life since I was a teenager. I'm nearly 40. Some of the symptoms I've dealt with are hives, itchy blisters, brain fog, fatigue, forgetfulness, tinnitus, twitches, chronic IBS, bloating, unusual discharge, mood swings and depression. I can't believe I've made it this far in life without knowing the root cause until I read up about the low histamine diet and it has been the only constant in making me feel better. After the elimination diet I found the major culprit that worsens my issues is coffee. I find I don't get proper rest for at least 2 days after a caffeinated cup and if I drink for 2 days straight the majority of the symptoms reappear.

Wow.. I'm literally a coffee addict ☕ lately past 5 or 10 years.. before that I drank nothing but tea.. do you mind me asking where you got a reputable list of high histamine foods.. I'm just guessing tomatoes are on the list because I appear to be having quite a bad reaction to them quite fast for me ..usually I will swell up the next day after eating something but with tomatoes it's within a few hours

Hi Joanne. Thanks for this video it was very interesting. I was wondering, if h pylori causes histamine issues, would taking an anti histamine (such as fexofenodine) help combat the h pylori because it would combat the issues the histamine causes? I am currently taking mastic gum Plus others to combat h pylori but have been getting bad skin rashes from the pylori so thought the anti histamine might help. Thank you!!
