PRO-biotics are not that useful and can cause more problems, we have hundreds of beneficial strains in our body many work in supporting roles to one another, bombarding your gut with just a few, will not do the trick, our biome all share limited resources. by far the best method to increase the good guys, is fiber and some other items, Pectin, Inulin, acacia, and other fibers, carb resistant starches, and allulose, seem to benefit your biome, of course fibers also help remove toxins from the body, I am using acacia fiber now with great success in helping my kidneys after I suffered an Oxalate dump, that had caused them damage. Stay away from Sucralose this is really bad for good gut bacteria.

I don't think it exists. There is one Indian brand but validity of the product has been questioned.

My suggestion would be to see a nutritionist or naturopath that specialises in gut health. The advice given in this video is in my opinion half right, which makes it half wrong.
