Little Rock has too much crime! These prices are way off as well, much much higher. I live in a very small city, clean, quiet and very safe but the new homes being built here are $200,000 and up as our city is growing which I sure hope does not bring crime here as I am a senior citizen and I wanted a quiet safe town to spend the rest of my days in. Have family that live near Fayetteville and Springdale and crime is definitely going up there and sky high prices for housing.

Fresno and Clovis that's funny. Oakland I understand, people that have never been to Oakland have never seen Claremont, Piedmont, Rockridge and Oakland Hills. It is a beautiful City. I did live in Murrieta, it is pretty incredible and amazingly beautiful. Victorville is a crap hole. Seriously, you should switch out Victorville, Clovis and Fresno for Santa Rosa, Tiburon Ca, St. Helena.
