this gig was well put together by jerry...at the last minute. however this was the beginning of the stupid era of the misfits with a revolving door of players, and jerry trying to make the band "family friendly".

Horrific as this is, 2:27 onward is SATISFYING. The other toys standing up for Slinky, Woody becoming scared for his life, and Slinky standing up for himself, plus that look of catharsis and relief when he finally realizes that he spoke the words that he needed to all along. It's like when the school bully is finally being cornered by all of his or her victims or when good people are surrounding an abuser in public. As I was saying before though, this version of Woody would have been horrific and I am glad Tom Hanks agrees. I am also super glad that they toned down Woody's jerk qualities and made his qualities much more relatable in human in the final product. The original trilogy will always be a gem. Heck, even Toy Story 4 and Lightyear look good compared to this original clip.

It feels that woody is the main Villain of the movie.

Crazy how a few seconds of cut scenes can drastically change the outlook of things. Personally I like they cut the part of Han Solo with the girl and complimenting Obi Wan. It makes him look a womanizer and interested in what goes on. By showing him right when he's introducing himself it gives the idea that he's all business and a professional at this.

I Really hated the part where they threw woody out the window.

I just really love when Woody throw out of the window in deleted scene which is Animatic. Plus, It has been long since I watch Toy Story for the first time ago since I bought dvd. However, I really played Unmasked Toys and Toy Madness in Fnf Mod appearance.

I can just imagine Tom Hanks reading these lines, shaking his head in disbelief and telling John Lasseter “I thought this was a family film. This is what Disney wants from us?”, followed by Lasseter responding with a shrug and saying “Eh, it’s what Katzenburg demands.”
