Here, Phil (left) is 21 and Don is 23. Phil left us in 2014. Don is alive and well, in his 80s. Im 25, and I definitely know I'm born into the wrong generation.

Judging by Don’s hairstyle (always a reliable indicator as to the year😂), this performance is from 1965. It’s the choppy way his hair is cut and particularly his close-cut, almost wispy sideboards, which you can also see on the Hullabaloo Steve Lawrence show in 1965: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ipyVeauZnceqedE. It’s worth watching the whole show, but for just a quick view of Don’s sideburns (🤣🤣🤣), click on the link then go to 0:45. Even their bow ties are the same, so it’s possible this track is from that show. Yes, as you can tell, I’m obsessed with Don 😍 and not one bit ashamed of it😄😄😄
