Beautiful home but it's in St. Albert, not Edmonton! I live in Jensen Lakes and it's on the edge of St. Albert to Morinville, opposite to Edmonton. :)

Literally besides a public beach, I doubt who has the money wants to be watched by thousands eyes every single day. The location is not good, and in Edmonton asking for $3m plus? It has too be better, way better than this house. The developer is not getting the price right.

I really hate the kitchen open to the living room. I hate the mess from cooking and the food smells that linger in the kitchen. I hate dirty dishes and don’t want to see the mess. Call me old school but the kitchen should NOT be connected to the living room. I love a huge kitchen!
