We love the design of this home, but if there was one thing you can change or add to it..what would it be?!
@TEESALSAS2 жыл бұрын
I love this home so much. The only thing I would change is the seating in the home theater. It's gorgeous, but I'd want higher backs on the couches and I would add more seating overall.

Dividers to split up the balcony & an alternative entrance to the putting green
@Propertygrams2 жыл бұрын
@@hamza-chaudhry That would be handy so you do have to go through the bedroom. Although, the balcony not being split up allows for you to access the putting green from all bedrooms and a door in the hallway that Leads to the balcony will get you to the putting green.

This tour is great! Tyler’s so funny (in a really good way)! From the very first time i watched him on this channel, i find him to be funny. He has a feel good vibe! Finally you found the perfect guy to replace Mike. And in my opinion, Tyler’s even better. He speaks so clearly too. That’s a big thing specially if English is not your first language. And i can sense he has a good character/personality (i hope.. haha…). Oh! And don’t worry about the hat! If that’s your style, go for it! That’s your trademark! Do what makes you feel good! You can’t please everybody. As long as you please yourself, you’re good! We, your viewers, will feel it too! Thanks Propertygrams for all your videos! (Btw, just finished watching your new one, 2 hours after it was posted - Oct 18, 2022. Helps me start my day right (my bday right). I missed this one so just checked it out.)

This black-on-white interior design is the exception to the rule. Many new contemporary homes are cold, while this one has the perfect blend of modern and warmth. The colour palate allows you to spice it up or keep it calm. A secondary kitchen to keep smells and mess out of the public's eye = sold! Kids get their own space, Mom gets a great kitchen and funky bathtub, and Dad can mini-putt after a hard day in his home office. A Brilliantly designed home with features that won't look outdated in 10 years. Great expose team #Propertygrams

Beautiful Vancouver modern design mansion. I like the living room with the light statue, I like the kitchen with the porcelain island kitchen, and I like the dining room with the chain chandelier. I like the floating stairway, I like the master bedroom, and the master bathroom. I like the balcony and I like the pool. I like when the bed faces the view in the master bedroom, so I will break the wall with the painting in front of the bed and put a window.

There’s a lot I like about this house, building similar one at the moment (only in the US )I can tell this is actually a pretty good deal. In this case I feel like there’s a bit too much of a good thing . Multiple “statement” lights plus ceiling cladding with strip lights etc just cheapens the look in my opinion.Builder/designer could actually save some money and achieve a more elegant look but cutting it back a bit .
@Propertygrams2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the comment, you're opinion is valid. We don't think it cheapens it and is solely a personal preference thing. When we walked though the home, the statement lights didn't seem over used in anyway, but again it comes down to personal preference. Either way works :)

This isn't my favorite house of the ones you've done (the kitchens in Vicky's Homes are amazing). But I did want to point out that if a bathroom has a shower, it's no longer a powder room. Plus, that first room seems more like a formal living room than a family room (but people can use rooms however they want, it's their house after all). Thanks for the tour!
@Propertygrams2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the comment Ruth! In many new home designs the lines get blurred regarding what room is formal, family, or a living room aha. Many have mixed uses and can be converted easily.
