Me personally I think crushing cars is sad because the car about to be crushed or scrapped probably had great and fun memories with the past owners…😢

In it's last moments, did that van think about being driven around town, seeing the sights while hauling materials for a job - all the time spent parked somewhere, the sodium lights above blah blah blah It's just a bunch of metal, glass and plastic. It will be made into new stuff. One of my earliest memories is of a van like this. It's long gone and soon I will be too. I'm more important than a van so I get the fuck over it.

I loved my first car, a Toyota "Nova". It was an 88 sedan. Sorry to say it suffered the same fate. My 88 "Nova" hatchback, i saved it, and am slowly bringing it back to life after it sat for nearly 20 years

Душа болит. Некоторые части машины можно было бы использовать, или починить машину, придать вида. А это как назвать, расточительство. Короче, как бы на нашей планете не наступила тяжелая эпоха, когда исчерпаются природные и энергетические ресурсы, экология отравится, атмосфера тоже, а люди будут латать чинить старенькие машины и ездить на них.

I always am impressed by the strength of the iron and steel these crushers are made of. I saw a crusher that had rotating barrels with small spikes on them and they ground up everything.......they put metal bars in them and they were ground up and then they put in a car strut and it was ground up like it was nothing.

the total is more around $11,000. most of these cars average around the $2,000-$3,000 range, and those are for when they are still road worthy enough to be sold at dealerships. There are some exceptions, like if it was a one to two owner car that has a surprisingly low number on the OD. Late 90s cars just aren’t worth a lot right now, even some of the sportier ones are still not as expensive.
