Hey man, cant find any of your socials. Are you looking for a video editor?

Maybe sometime in the future, for now I'm having a lot of fun editing this myself!

Good luck with your training block. If you can get your weekly mileage up to 30-40 before your taper you'll be fine. 50-60 miles per week is more ideal but I don't think you got enough time, patience is important don't over do it and get injured. It takes the body time to adapt.

Great tips! I'm definitely working on getting those Kms up but keeping injury risk low! Patience is definitely what I need! Thanks for your kind words!

Hang in there. I am a bit older than you and I also took a roughly 4 year break from running. I just started getting back into it a couple of months ago and the first couple of weeks are always the worst until your body adjusts back into running.

Thanks so much for your encouragement! It's definitely feeling rough but getting better! Glad to hear you're adjusting back into it too!

I definitely didn’t keep track of how many times you said it but it makes me think of “but-um” from HIMYM and feel the need to make it a drinking game

I listened to your video until you started making it seem like what you do means more than a nutritionist, did you know there are more nutritionist MD's than dietician MD'S? my favorite nutritionists in the whole world check Joel Fhurman you could learn a thing or two from him, open up a bit, the world is much larger than Ontario lol en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joel_Fuhrman

Another great point about keto causing osteoporosis among other problems. IDK where people get that carbs are bad. doesn't really make sense at all.

What exactly is your problem with this diet, Shawn. I see your negative comments all over KZbin. Got a big chip?

Yes! Agreed! Thank you, Ben and Kerry! The ketogenic diet is for kids who have severe epileptic seizures It was not designed for weight loss or for diabetes.
