I dont think that they were ever taught or know the number to call 911. For kids and young adults, this is hard for them. It takes time, practice, teachers, and parenting to teach this. I mean, we dont have phone books anymore to look up the number to 911. So please take the time today to teach a person you love how to call 911. It could save a life... you can make a difference. Not the tic toc, youtube, or live app. Just please teach this so hard to learn phone number that is 911.
