I hate counting calories or following diet plans… There are many different ways to lose weight and get healthy I just don’t eat much so the calories get taken out of my fat I’ve lost 25 pounds in four months. I also don’t have an exercise regime I get my cardio from just moving, work, chores etc.

Good for you!! Congrats! Keep doing what you’re doing since it works. No need to change. However so many people don’t know what eating less looks like. For me…knowing how many calories are in my food was exactly what I needed to make the scale go down. I loss over 40 pounds in 4 months and I attribute that to knowing exactly what I was taking in each day. I’ve never felt better.

I had questions about the overnight oats with the added protein. But babbbbby, when I saw the feta and olive garden dressing I knew you were official. A salad ain't a salad without feta, olive garden dressing and a boiled egg lol. These are requirements. And then you added the Seeds for Change. That little pack has been a great time saver for me. Just add protein and a veggie

I walk for one hour everyday , 6000 walk, calories deficit and intermittent fasting, all these have been great on me , I checked my weight today and I am 80.3 kg and I was 94kg before I started all these
