So, I've been diagnosed with depression years ago (2008) and so in 2019 I just fell in this deep funk. I lost the desire to look and feel good, gained a lot of weight, didn't took care of myself anymore, etc... Long story short: today was my first day of actually washing my hair, shaving my legs, etc... I know for some this is really nothing but I'm proud of me. I literally cried coming out of the shower because of how good it felt. Today I decided to change my mind, one day at a time. I know it won't just go away like magic but watching your videos and reading all the positive comments of my good sisters really helps me pushing through ❤

Natalie, if you're after relaxation, have you tried the Sleepy shower gel and body lotion from Lush? It's not the cheapest but it's diviiiiine... Highly, highly recommend. The lotion is very moisturising. They have a matching body spray called Twilight but I think most people use it as a pillow/room spray 😘😘
