Wow this is so crazy! I just recently had the conversation with my loved ones about how all my life Ive wanted microwave results. Like if things didn't happen right away or if I didn't see results then I quit. This has been going on all my life and I haven't completed many goals because of it. Ive had tons of business ideas, weight loss goals, etc. and just never been consistent and disciplined. I've also always gotten away with being able to maneuver my way through things by using pretty privilege and just my personality which honestly will only get you bout so far.I had to truly come to a hard realization that nothing will come easy and you HAVE to put in the work. I've been challenging myself to do better and put in the work which is why I haven't opted for Ozempic or other weight loss surgeries. I HAVE to challenge myself and put in the work. Change my mindset. It is a tough realization in my 40s but I'm way too creative, way to mentally strong and I have way too much to just be a slouch. Thank for reminding us girls who we are and always putting things into perspective. Every message in your videos truly seem to align with what's going on in my life. KEEP GOING YOU ARE TRULY MAKING AN IMPACT:)

I’ve been a subscriber for the motivational content. Today’s gem that I receive was about everybody’s not going to support your dream especially the ones you love. I entered into a contest for women over 40 I was supported all the way up to the quarterfinals two weeks away from being a grand prize winner, and the support stopped😔 the problem I ran into was the enemy reminded me that none of the goals I set out have for myself have ever been accomplished.
