how does doing roof, then walls, then foundations minimize the efficiency of splash damage?

How much of this is still true? I know that building a line of foundations straight out to the West doesn't extend the building privilege radius to the North, so the idea of "all directions" like he said must have changed unless I misunderstood.

4x4 in f is outrageous

for multi tc w/o enough space, if you need to go out 7 squares, you can go out 4, come back and go out 3 again, to get the 7 you need.

on the shield i have tc on a right square then a ramp lootroom then the back square jump up

I know that im very late,But i like this based.I improvise it tho by 1.the auto turret at outside,Rather than using garage door u can using fence link. 2.On sec floor,The chest area.I didnt put a rooftop but i change it to hatch.Then i make a shooting floor so i can easily defend my base for online raid .And i also make a turbine floor + helicopter landing🤣 I also use stone wall to cover the surrounding and use external tc. I never failed to make it like this, Sometimes i change it a lil bit too. And the tips for make it big like me even though im solo.Put the base on ice place

Just some feedback. When you give your oppinion follow the REE. R - respond aka give your rating, like "this base is S tier". E - explain aka give reasons for your decision, like "it offers a good cost to protection ratio for the 3 loot rooms, which is really good considering you can even expand it easily". E - example aka show how it can be implemented, like "if the raiders try going through walls it will cost them a whooping 8 rockets to get to the centre of the base for only 8000 stone worth of walls

Well a good circle base is 40 rockets to core. And another 16 to first loot room.
