What Nero is discussing is why attractive Italian men specifically have more appeal compared to other countries attractive men. The stereotype 'tall, dark and handsome' pretty much stems from Italian men. Michelle Morrone who is like a 7-8 on a PSL scale has much more appeal than most 9+ PSL models, the same could probably be said about dudes who are 6-7/10 with darker features like Michelle Morrone.
