Bro i grew up with your training programs. first time when i started working out with you in 2019 and after that i still continue working out. Now i am 20 years old 83 kilos and can easily do 60 clean push ups in a row also 30 pull ups thanks for teaching me and make my body and brain stronger. Now i am feeling that i should go on my way and progress on my own but as i said thank you for everything

@@okayaresd no bro i am from poor country and my family don't had money for gym. i just trained with my body weight 5 times a week maybe sometimes more. i sometimes tried chris heria work outs (try too it's very good a specially chest work out). I ate what my grandmother cooked. To tell true I did not had any goal to achive i just trained i liked process

@@hidden_machine_3 i was in small city and in the centre of this city near football stadium was old soviet pull up bar. This old pull up bar was only equipment. When everyone one where playing football or basketball or something else i was doing pull ups and push ups that's it
