Bro i grew up with your training programs. first time when i started working out with you in 2019 and after that i still continue working out. Now i am 20 years old 83 kilos and can easily do 60 clean push ups in a row also 30 pull ups thanks for teaching me and make my body and brain stronger. Now i am feeling that i should go on my way and progress on my own but as i said thank you for everything

@@okayaresd no bro i am from poor country and my family don't had money for gym. i just trained with my body weight 5 times a week maybe sometimes more. i sometimes tried chris heria work outs (try too it's very good a specially chest work out). I ate what my grandmother cooked. To tell true I did not had any goal to achive i just trained i liked process

@@hidden_machine_3 i was in small city and in the centre of this city near football stadium was old soviet pull up bar. This old pull up bar was only equipment. When everyone one where playing football or basketball or something else i was doing pull ups and push ups that's it

During the covid bullshit a few years back, when the gyms were closed, I found this channel, and did these workouts at home. Your vids are great. I now combine these with my gym regiments, keep it up man 👍

This man teaching his organic way of building shoulder. Its better than lifting heavy weight in the gym and taking WHEY, CREATINE and etc which could damage your body at the end of the day

Lifting heavy absolutly. Whey and Creatine and the other hand are natural made. It's good for your body. Too much of proteins is never too mych. Créatine can cause dehydratation yeah

Igor i was waiting for the shoulders workout from decades i want you to make progressive type (levels) like the one you did chest first knee pushups second normal and third double diamond PU. It will be very useful i you do i for leg shoulder etc.

Honestly, one of the easiest workout routines ive seen. Its amazing if it's helpful but personally couldn't find the reason to lower the intensity and go on the knees. Best of luck to all of you my dudes, time to get bigger!

I just realized that body workout pushups variants/dips/bars are better than weight for my body development. Faster muscle growth, more muscle engagements, balance. I can't believe I wasted years in the gym.

It’s better if you do couple of sets of this workout with 2 minute breaks in between. It gives much more muscle growth!!!
