Good afternoon Leanne The Lawyer. I have a few questions as I prepare for the CP Skills exam. I understand reading the statutes first! However, I believe I am confused about figuring out the possible issues, finding the relevant facts, how I should format the questions for the relevant facts, how to connect the issues and relevant facts, how to implement the given statutes from the assigned fact pattern (case) etc. I looked over your videos numerous times, however, I'm missing something. If you could help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

With strict liability the state still has to prove the corpus delicti act was knowing or intentional, e.g. Defendant was aware of the act itself.

Watching this in 2024! I take the skills exam 2/29. Trying to be as prepared as possible! I did also see the newer version you did on the NALA website as well, so clear and concise and has definitely alleviated some of my anxiety. You are the best, thanks so much :)

Very informative and easy to understand. She doesn’t have an annoying voice and broke down points with scenarios that I could picture in my head. I feel like I have a better understanding of inchoate crimes now because of this video and the parties that could be involved. Most people just rate the bad videos but I wish we all would support the good ones more. Thank you, thank you:)

All cleverly designed to trick men and women into giving up their rights by unknowingly agreeing to be a 'person'. Or otherwise known as civil jurisdiction. Learn who you are and the power that you wield to hold all trespassers accountable in their private capacity 😉

This video helped me really understand the whole concept of civil litigation. Especially counterclaims which was a part that I was really confused about and cross claim.

too drunk to handle a gun - that's something only a typical American would say - its ok I was sober when I shot him = who did you shoot ? = oh just a man trespassing = why was he doing that ? = he said I was raping children = were you = well yes but he was trespassing , but its ok because I am an judge , so just lose the evidence brother doughnut .
