Do you use a gopro? If so taking the battery out and using a portable charger while recording can help with overheating.

Thanks for the tip! I don't use a GoPro, I use a DJI Osmo Action 3 but it has the same issue over 95 degrees. I started using it in the fall when it wasn't an issue and forgot about taking the battery out until you mentioned it here. Been operating it this way since then and problem solved!

Umpire your mechanics is wrong need to be in-between the catcher and the batter, not on the opposite side 🙄 of the batter

I notice you change softballs between male and female hitters. What is the difference between the softballs? I never played co-ed softball.

The league specifies an 11 inch ball for the female batters.
