I can go straight into the pose of the sage Vasistha and all the Warriors poses without any problem, but I guess the preliminaries to build-up strength are necessary for those who don't have the required stamina yet. But to go through everything as one sequence to culminate in Vasisthasana like Sanjana does, this is far beyond normal capabilities. She is tough and gracious. What I learned from Dhivya is to cool down into the child's pose after the warrior pose and not to go immediately into some other power stuff.

The poses are supposed to be done right after circulation of the chakras because circulation of the chakras causes respiration(inhalation) and when the body is stretched and the lung are stretched they receive more oxygen.

Whenever my stomach upset the next day bcz of some syrups my stool gets hard. today same thing happend and it was very difficult to poop in the morning then I gone through this video trust me it helped me a lot ❤❤❤
