great content as always Rich. But I have one concern, it's better to treat the scratch early to prevent infections and promote optimal healing. But still, your friends did the most they could've done, they helped you keep calm and *concentrated* .

Im glad you made it safe this is an area i used to climb in big sur monterey area and the cliff faces seem mellow but everything is loose for about 5-6 inches on the surface due to wind and the salty ocean. I just started to follow you since your around my home area and found your content nostalgic since I did the same things. Glad your safe and we should set up a climb or cliff diving thing something fellow adrenaline junkies like ourselves will enjoy again much love and be safe!!!
