With the acl bottom end bearings did you test fit them tighten down check tolerance then check again and install permanently? Did you go off the numbers on the block for the bearing size?

@@jackopitbikes honestly I didn’t bother. I had great intentions of checking with Plasti-gauge but once everything was spinning freely and not binding I was happy enough.

10.9 bolts are 100 nm and you should fine tune the pump with the tensioners and a scan tool 35 to 73 at working temp

I have the stage 3 and had no issues with it for a good few years/miles. It came highly recommended by some of the Irish lads on UKS forum. Hello, thx for the video. I know that Ford changes the bolt in each oil change, but finding the OEM Ford bolt looks like impossible (even if we might just use a non-Ford M12x1,75 bolt) and I have read in forums that you can also only replace the rubber seal in the oil bolt and reuse it. How do you do it?

@@AlvaroQF thanks for watching bro. I replaced the sump plug with the new one from Ford. On some cars it’s possible to just replace the crush washer or rubber O ring but that’s up to you to decide.

how many liters of oil you need to do a complete overhaul (oil + oil filter)? I read somewhere that is necessary to fill the engine with 6.2 liters o oil 0W20; is that true? the google is saying just 3.8 liters.

Yes add 6 litres of 0w20 and check the oil level after running. It might need a top up after.

@@jouseff_1293 I don’t think so but it Al depends on personal preference and the main purpose of the car. They cause the dash vibrate and rattle so I wouldn’t fit them to a nice road car or show car.
