Heater broke in my VW Golf, going to get one of these for driving to work in winter mornings

Looks similar to my Craftsman.. One Mod I do to these is to put a timer on it. Rarely would I let this run to reach a temperature.. more in the "HEAT NOW" mode when I pull this Baby out. IMO A timer should be standard, the temp control is mostly useless.

That’s I good idea. I will look into getting an electrical timer switch, save me having to keep turning it on and off.

@@shedworxxx Good Stuff. I just wondered if you have managed to adjust the heat with the pressure screw at the back? (probably best not to if it's ok)
