As someone who enjoys whiskies from all around the globe, I love that you dabble in the same. Don't give that up. Too many channels, in my opinion, leave the world whiskies behind to chase the increased activity of American whiskies. You two are awesome. You guys are great! The distributers in CT just released last year's "Act 11" to local stores. I think they are just trying to off load bottles that they couldn't sell last year. Not sure how this years will be any different. HW priced themselves out.

Just got a bottle and haven’t had chance to try it. Medical reason for a few weeks. I heard it’s only for Japan, Korea, and Australia, with some limited releases here. Anxious to try it out.

Once you know what the bottle codes mean, they are pretty easy to interpret. "09:15"= 09/2015, the date when it was distilled, and "CK 578" = cask #578 singe this is a single cask bottling.

I spent 5 years living in SLC, my wife worked in Park City, it had been an intention to check out HIgh West distillery. At the time though I wasn't a whisky drinker so left Utah returned to the UK and never thought much more of it. Then I got into whisky and not having one of those Midwinter Night's dram bottles, and not likely to see one around here, bit of a regret moment. Although maybe that slight acetone note might be a bit much for my palate, if its anything like that found in Penderyn. Just don't tell my Welsh friend.

Another golden episode with front-to-back laughs. Definitely an Act 9 > Act 10 house here as well. Act 9 is the best MWND since they started incorporating their own whiskey in the blend (which started around Act 7 I believe).

Have not had that specific release, but I am a big Ardnamurchan fan and have a few of their regular releases as each batch is slightly different and I also have a cask strength. Not sure if it is out, but they are now 10 Years old and I assume they will be coming out with a 10 Year version as well. Cheers ! Love the channel!

Good to see you guys are reviewing scotches as well! Especially peaty bottles! I think a lot of whisky tubers stay away from it because they receive less views. I second your idea for a peated blind!

This will definitely make my top 10 this year. It beat out Heaven Hill 18 and some other great bottles last month. It scored the highest in a 12 bottle blind during my October whiskey/cigar club.

When OnlyDrams came to Android this year, it helped me finally organize my collection. Its been so helpful and Trenton is always working on improving it!

I put this in a blind tasting last month for my whiskey/cigar club and it came in last place out of 12 bottles. Very young, grassy, hay, earthy notes. Its my biggest purchase regret this year. Definitely worth the price!

I just won the lottery for the opportunity to buy batch 10. The fact that they are now using a lottery system for their releases just shows how good they are!

The thing on the side is a hydrometer, used to measure the alcohol content. But I like side boob better :)
