This is not the pilot. The pilot was on "All In The Family" where Louise says goodbye to Edith and, we get to see the Jefferson's apartment and saw the Willets and Bently for the first time.

There's no repentance for this wicked soul,God's wrath is upon him and prayers for him are wasted and in vain! When GOD rejects you There's no forgiveness because he's been turned over and even on his death bed he is still full of wickedness and cussing and bitterness! My heart and prayers only goes out for the ones he's hurt!😢

I was at Macy's purchasing new shoes to wear for church and my small Asian feet, and then a woman like Louise sat next to me and was shopping for shoes too as we sat chatting. She did have big feet. Then again, she had a lot of behind to hold up too so i could see the corelation. But she was very nice.

after listening to mayor johnson i wanted to see the other side of life before chicago ny, became hell upside down.

This episode was based on the New York City blackout of 1977 which had occurred the year before. I grew up in New Jersey and we were affected too, only not for an entire day or two like New York City. I remember we were out just a few hours. That was a bad one in New York. Out of all the 3 major blackouts which were 1965, 1977 and 2003, '77 was by far the worst. A lot of looting, arson, and other criminal activity.

The bathroom by the front door...That always cracked me up.😂😅
