As to the scaling at the beginning of everything... Just include a high quality ruler (scale) in your photo/scan, that's sitting at the same elevation as the surface you're trying to make a gasket for. Which if you're just trying to copy a gasket is pretty easy! Then you can calibrate off of that and not have to worry about holes having rough edges, etc. Zoom right in on the ruler, and you can easily nail it right on the line. Longer the ruler you can fit in your picture the better!

That's a bummer about the roof warping! It will come out nice in the end. So satisfying to just tear all the old crap out of the car. I think it will be awesome when you're done. Your camera angles are great BTW. Those vacuum actuated locks are wild! That's crazy they make you take off the instrument stalks and clock spring to get out the dash. Looking at how much wire was there... I can't blame you for cutting it hahaha. Awesome stuff!

Another great video, I'm loving this content format. I wonder if dry ice blasting would work for removing that sound deadening material

I used to love this generation of Audi 80/90/Coupe when I was younger, but nobody else did. You could hardly find one used even around 1999-2004-ish when they were 5-10 years old. I really look forward to seeing what you do with it and especially how easy or hard it ends up being to find parts.

You should try and get in contact with JimmyOaks... Hes a wiring master and his good friend whos is on his channel a good bit, Bhall.... Hes a audi/Volkswagen guy. Knows alot about them. And being on Jimmys channel would probably get you some exposure

I really liked seeing the project in 4k, its such an interesting car! I've been sub'd here since you started on Skoolie, so I'm glad you are back at it on YT! I think you should make a teaser/promo of your LP YT videos showing off the higher production value 4k/HQ audio to drive interest from TT after each LP YT release. Looking forward to what you do next!
