Fun fact: Snap On's lifetime warranty only applies to the original purchaser. And the lifetime warranty doesn't apply to their torque wrenches. If you don't believe me, read the warranty section on their own website. YOUR driver might replace or repair it to try to keep your business. But he doesn't have to.

I think this is the only video on the subject made about tool prices specifically. This isn't going to be good for consumers. The party is over.

I think there is something to be said for supporting US labor. That said, there is the problem with HF’s offerings in that there isn’t yet something like an Icon in lb torque wrench. There’s other gaps too though maybe in time they’ll fill them.

I got one used for cheap and it won't sink 2½" nails all the way down even when I have the dial all the way down and have the pressure on max. Is there something wrong with it, if so is it fixable?
@greenbanana8718 күн бұрын
Good idea though I’d check the aux tank pressure rating. If 125 psi, that’s not too much safety factor.

Funny how it looks exactly like those made in china. Is it really made in the USA??? Or just another dem lie to make more money. How come it cost twice as much as all those other look-a-likes????

Initial thoughts I would guess the Huskey box to be better. The edges of the top look more protected vs the Yukon. I have also had good luck with the Huskey line from Home depot.

Got my own Irwin Vise Grip - wouldn't strip any of my wires, slipped off all the time, only way to make it work is to slow things down to 10-12 seconds per wire strip - could do it faster with regular manual strippers, got rid of the Irwin vise grip strippers and went back to old fashioned strippers.

This Husky cabinet is no longer available. Now they have model H46X18MWC9BLK which has nearly identical specs as the Yukon. The Husky is about $50 less and includes integrated power strip. But good luck getting one because they seem to be all out of stock.

Good review, thanks. I’m disappointed though that Milwaukee is still stubbornly sticking to USB-A for some of its tools. I won’t buy it for that reason. I’m sick and tired of carrying multiple cables. I finally got all of my electronic devices to USB-C, and I refuse to go back. Secondly, although the flash function is nice, it’s just a repetitive flash. That’s not a recognized distress signal. So you could have the flash going until the battery dies and nobody might come to your aid.

Thanks to for the video, can this miter saw cut small 2020 Extrusion Aluminum with a dedicated Aluminum blade?
@RealToolReviewsАй бұрын
I don’t see why not….. however keep in mind that the rpms on a wood saw is typically different than a metal saw…..also there will be no preventive measures for chip/flake capture, so be sure to wear protective gear…. You most likely get covered in aluminum chips. Personally I’d go with a portable bandsaw, not this.

Couple of questions for you; if I want to remove the auxiliary tank from the system, why do I have to lower the setting back down to zero? If I just unplugged the short air hose from the compressor, would the auxiliary tank empty out and if so, could I put a shut off valve at the auxiliary tank by that fitting? Thanks and nice job on the videos!
@RealToolReviewsАй бұрын
Yes a shutoff valve would make the most sense between the tanks. I believe at the time I was making this as affordable as possible for people to build…..which is why o didn’t add one on.

I stopped buying Flank Drive Plus wrenches after I saw what they did to the fastners on my Volkswagon Pickup. So now I have both flank drive and flank drive plus and only use Flank drive Plus when its absolutly necessary.
