I used to turn blind-eyed in this issue because Seungri was my bias in BIGBANG (now, I don't), but after watching both BBC and Rotten Mango's documentaries, I feel so bad and disgusted with myself for not believing the facts quickly. Now that I have been educated about this issue, the victims truly deserve justice, and let Seungri and co. rot in jail. Two years was too short to pay for what they've done. Unfortunately, BIGBANG was not the same after this, and I missed them already. They can move forward without Seungri, but I'm still rooting for them now that they chose to focus more on their growth as solo artists.

My heart goes out to the victims and his parents. Prior to watching the part where his parents come in, I thought "Doesn't he have a mother? Would he want someone to disrespect his mom the way he disrespects women." His parents seem like nice people. What scares me most about this case more than Seungri is JJY and the others. The reason is I got into kpop because of BigBang. I loved every other member but Seungri. Didn’t hate him but felt something off , mostly because of the greed he displayed and how the members often said he wasn’t actually being close with them. Although, it did come off as a surprise how big the crime was. It just showed that even the “sweetest” idols could be like him or worse. That’s what’s scary. You’ll never know. If there’s someone else like that. And undeniably, there will be people in the group chat or involved with it or having similar conversations which we don’t know about. It’s scary to think about. The thing is, these are people with money, power, fame and looks. They have “everything” and it easily gets to your head. Unlike what we see on the outside, only a handful will truly be down to earth. Even if they’re a little arrogant or proud, as long as they’re just confident and not hurting others, it’s better. However, a lot of times people choose to use it for the wrong reasons. I still do love several groups , but in the end, I do realise the distinction we need to make. They’re not just artists , they’re entertainers, which includes acting. They put on a persona for us, even if that’s when they’re sad, happy, good person or bad. We can’t take it 100% as it is. Who would’ve thought Kris Wu was another dude like this? I bet there’s a lot more going on in that industry

People saying BB knew. There is a video in 2016 when BB was asked about what seungri business plans is. BB members didnt know the answer they got it wrong and were clueless. Obviously Seungri wasnt privy to his business plans. He told them its medical kits because they didnt know the answer. When he told them its medicals BB advised fans not to buy from seungri because such things need proper research so fans should asked pharmacist.
