I've never watched the show but I've seen a lot of clips, when Charlie at 2:55 says about Jimmy "Jerkoff Nucky Thompson iced" and Al apparently doesn't know him, there are several clips / scenes where Jimmy meets Al. So how does Al never know about Jimmy before he is killed by Nucky Thompson?

You can tell the dialogue was written in English and then translated into Italian. It follows many of the usual tropes in the way certain phrases are delivered that would sound very out of place or even foreign to native ears.

The scene is what the scene is...but the shooters approach, open fire, and both Dr. Narcisse and the bodyguard go down. The shooters walk away and head towards their vehicles. If Dr. Narcisse stays put he might survive? Johnny Torrio did. Legs Diamond got shot all the time and survived--until his shooter made absolutely sure. Dr. Narcisse decides to get up, stagger to the sidewalk, and then fall down again. The main shooter, who again, is walking away, sees this and probably thinks "Oh, he's still alive. The crowd coming around him might have blocked my vision. Nice of him to walk out to the sidewalk and give me a nice target." Shooter returns and goes for a headshot. Then goes back to his vehicle and rides off. I know, the actor playing Dr. Narcisse probably wanted a dramatic death scene--and he got a nice one. Also, how did Dr. Narcisse not see the threat after he had that meeting. You would think he would have had five bodyguards walking around with him after he received that not so subtle threat about everything being close. The year 1931 was a great year for prominent gangsters getting offed. He should have taken some precautions. :-)

Talk about stupidity after that instead of disappearing he still hangs around like they are great friends.

Someone involved with this didn't know how a 1911 works or how to use one, armorer, actor, or the real Capone. We don't know if there's actually a round in the chamber, the safety was down, and the hammer was down. Van Alden was in no "danger" until Capone pulled back the hammer, and that's only if there was a round in the chamber. A cocked-and-locked 1911 would've been a lot scarier, especially if we knew it was loaded, so WHEN the safety is brought down, THAT'S the scary part.

I love how Joe always shows in suttle ways he genuinely likes Salvatore, even when he is angry with him. When Lucky said "next time you dont come back? Im ok with that". Joe smiles like hes thinking "this is why i miss this kid".
