Today is my 28th birthday. I had too much to eat today. For breakfast, I had a waffle with strawberries, blueberries, and vanilla ice-cream. For snack, I had 28 blueberries. For lunch, I had a burger with cheddar cheese and a tomato slice. For dessert, I had my birthday cake. For dinner, I had an Applebee's corn dog with fries and chocolate milk. I got so full that I couldn't eat another bite. I didn't wanna get sick on my birthday, so I went home. I still feel very full after eating all that food.

Happy belated birthday! I'm glad you didn't get sick on your day. Each day is a new opportunity to make choices to choose more water-fiber foods. Focus on what you CAN do each day. :)

Each time I get bloated I also gain fat because my glucose level gets very high almost to 200.

It's best to avoid salt. Especially for those at risk or who have hypertension. You can use garlic powder.

I have that same pump! 👍🏻 I love broccoli. Roasting is the best way to cook frozen broccoli - it's more watery and rubbery than fresh and the browning from roasting counteracts that texture.

What is the difference between white and brown rice, besides the obvious ?

I ate soy for years, consistently, and never adapted as is being suggested. Soon as i dropped veganism, i no longer had gas even with veggies

This honestly explains a lot, I had an idea but wasn’t sure. Thank you for the informative video. I recently and drastically changed my diet to one with a lot of fiber, I noticed. Soon after the flatulence followed. It has gotten better since it’s been a couple of weeks now, and I’m glad to hear there is hope. Thank you 🙏🏼

Hi! Next time you could consider piling on veggies, adding a few kidney or garbanzo beans, or including diced apples or orange pieces to your salad to make it more filling if you were still hungry. Just want to note that honey doesn't have to be raw to be pure honey. Pasteurized honey is just heated to kill off microorganisms (like most milk is pasteurized). Most of the honey in my supermarket is pure honey. But some are honey flavored syrup, just check the ingredient list, it should list honey only. Also, some people have severe gastrointestinal reactions to sugar alcohols, and xylitol is very poisonous to dogs. I've never had a problem with my dogs accidentally getting into chocolate, but I had a dog die getting into xylitol -sweetened cake. I will no longer have it in my house. And as far as stevia, most forms are highly processed because the less processed forms are more likely to have a weird flavor. The plant and raw extract actually taste kind of disgusting to me, but the highly refined molecule is fine. The Splenda brand stevia doesn't contain Splenda, just erythritol and stevia.

When adding fiber foods, it's always best to slowly increase the amount so our system can adjust. Those do have a lot of fiber and are a wonderful healthy addition.

Some vitamins/minerals can change when heated. If you're worried about it, you can do both or alternate days of raw vs cooked.

I had/have a serious a problem with this, for years I’d wake up super hungry and eat whatever I could. I was/would be half awake and would always regret it. I luckily live with family members and they have locked both the fridge and pantry with locks and codes. Slowly over time each day got easier and easier. My sleep has improved and I have dropped significant weight. If you are struggling with this, you can kick this habit and I believe in you.

How long in the toaster - have you tried baking soda or powder to add lift to the waffles?

Each toaster is a little different, so check it periodically until desired texture and warmth reached. No, I haven't but that's a good idea to try with it.

I’m thinking that the Mediterranean one might have more of the omega-3’s because of the fish.
