KatyDid ROCKS! Interesting box of rocks & some slabs. When I was learning to cut-polish stones in the early 1960's, none of this (videos) existed; this would be for sometime in the distant future. Your box of rocks are very interesting. Thanks for sharing.

Hey Katy! What you called a "waterline" agate at 3:05 is curved because it's not a waterline, it's a "seam" agate: formed as a cavity filing where the cavity formed a seam like that. If there were curves in the cavity, there will be curves in the cavity filling of agate too! My family ranch in Wyoming has a place we call "agate hill" that's littered with seam agate like that in various colors. And sometimes you even find fortifications filling parts of seams, as in Moroccan seam agate or Holly Blue.

Thanks for the clarification! “Agate Hill” sounds lovely.

The white one (22:48) looks like two black empty eyes 👀 and part of a nose. (like a skeleton)👃 do you still have it?

I have to say that the agates are one of my favorites it's amazing the artwork that goes into them. God is amazing

Greetings from Devil’s Kitchen. We enjoy hiking in the beautiful land this country has. We have hiked tens of thousands of miles. I appreciate your work. I posted a video of this amazing place. We have been to many of the places you have. I started my own travel channel last January. I love the challenge and especially enjoy sharing this gorgeous country with as many people as I can. I have gobs of information and experience because I’ve traveled this country fulltime for over 31 years and been to over 250 National Parks, hundreds of State Parks and other public hiking locations. We enjoy “out of the way” adventures. Safe travels to you. Edit on!

I gotta be honest, I live over in West Pasco and we have found more agates, carnelians and carnelian agates in the outskirts of the farms over here off Burns road, than I’ve ever found over off Fir Road. I just posted a video of a cool one my boys found just last weekend. 🏵️🦁🎃

Great video, very interesting and inspring to me, beatiful opal like crystals in this old wood. Never knew that I can find old fossils at rivers. How do I Know if a stone is petrified/agatized wood or just normal stone?

Hi Katy…you rock my world. Caleb rocks with those amazing pieces. I have such a strong passion for collecting rocks and these blow my mind. I have lapidary tools that have been collecting dust, but you have inspired me to get back into it again. ❤ the poppy jasper, I live close to Morgan Hill and I go hiking in the creeks in search of fabulous finds. you must be in heaven with this haul. TFS 🌙

Hi Katy. Love all the rocks. The whale bone is really cool. Made my first cab last Friday. It was a moss agate from HPl. Zeke said it looked pretty good for my first time. You nailed it when you said, " You got this." Thanks for sharing. Learned alot from you guys.
