I love the Rao's Brand but my recent purchase of pesto had sunflower oil rather than olive oil and I looked into it and found that it has been purchased by Campbell's.

Amarillo verde (Peruvian Yellow pepper sauch) is needed. It is a key ingredient to this dish.

If you're like me and can't eat pork or have trouble with sausage like I do, then hamburger works well. I use hamburger in my pizza and it tastes really good, you just have to season it.

The fish seasoning mix is flavorful, but overpowers the taste of mild fish like redfish. It would be a good taco seasoning or make a good rub for steak or chicken. Glad I found it.
