I lived there for a year in my late teens (1980 or so), as a French teacher assistant. Best time of my life!

Online shopping. Online banking. Online estate agents. Online everything. Recession. Collapse of British industry. Overwhelmed welfare state. This is the price we've paid.

Nothing. He purposely filmed the worst street in Bucharest. At least we have cats and not rats. :)
@mycardbrokedown56993 күн бұрын
He filmed a bunch of run down homes on which teenagers drew some graffiti 😂😂😂😂 and as you can see it is so bad people casually walk by... some of the buildings were in renovation and he literally filmed the outside skirt protecting the street from the construction area... some were closed down businesses lmao... not to mention some businesses close dowm for the winter. People feel threatened by graffiti in the west, in romania it is done by kids being idiots not gangs! 😂😂😂😂 but it makes for clickbait

I don't think I have seen a more depressing video of a town. It reminds me of abandoned buildings in the Gold fields from the 1800's. 🦘😎

This is the alleged city centre of Stoke on T, like the rest of the potteries it has become a desolate and dismal place. Is it any Surprise that the stores are closing,the nightclubs have closed and is it any wonder that no bands or acts come to this hell hole anymore.

Blame the locals. If they choose not to use shops anymore and continue to shop on line and purchase their food from fast food junk shops and. have it delivered by immigrants, who have no right to be here, then it's hardly surprising

I rewatched this with Unfinished Sympathy by Massive Attack playing and it fits so damn well. God it's miserable. I remember when the market was full, Beatties was still there, and it wasn't such a depressing place to go. I haven't been there in a while, and it's within walking distance. But so is the train station which will take me to Liverpool. Why would I go to Birkenhead? It shouldn't be like this.

This is a place named Crewe in the county called Cheshire in the northwest of England 🏴 is adjacent to Wales 🏴. It’s a huge town. I’ve been there on Sunday 22nd of September 2002. The ITV region is Granada television 📺. The capital city 🌆 in Cheshire is called Chester. There are plenty of trains 🚆 🚊 🚂 run 🏃♀️ to, from and finally via Crewe everyday is operated by various train 🚂 🚊 🚆 companies daily including public holidays except Christmas 🎄🎅 🧑🎄 🤶 Day and Boxing 🥊 Day. Under my knowledge is the reason why there are plenty of railway 🚃 tracks 🛤️ 🛤️ 🛤️ 🛤️ at Crewe railway 🚃 station 🚉 is because it allows to keep plenty of trains 🚂 🚊 🚆 out of each others way. Perhaps 🤔 certain shops 🏬 🏬 in Crewe opens on Boxing 🥊 Day. 👍

Worked in the town centre for a few days about 20 years ago, never been back since but can still picture it exactly as it was. That Vodafone shop was there when I was there all them years ago, me & a gang of lads from Wigan had a job on near it. The shot of the Wetherspoon's pub at the end, I was in there each night I was in town, can't remember the name of it, bonnie looking building, old school.
