I like that you're showing people how they can use ChatGPT to make life easier when making positive changes! The salmon and roasted veggies were it for me! I always forget about all the different veggies out there as I get stuck in a routine, but you made this easy to think about other options!

The big ass hospital waterbottle ☠️ i love those sm. Also, the breakfast they gave you would have me starved. I would say dont be afraid to add complex carbs and healthy fats to your breakfast which keeps me full longer.

my type 4a/4b loves the homecurl. but i also used a leave in conditioner(the comeback kid) before putting it on. i see in the video you didnt. maybe try that next time.
