How long do they usually last and do they damage your nails ? Are your nails still strong ?

For me, they usually last for two weeks! They don’t damage the nails at all. I’ve completely stopped getting acrylics, dip powder, etc. since learning about these. So much easier and doesn’t leave my nails flimsy or brittle afterward
