The dropped frames are due to Time Base errors off the tape. The ClearClick will murder your video, decimating the framerate down to 30 FPS from 60 Fields per second and recording it with lossy compression. If you're trying to archive family videos, it's not a good choice. Keep your tapes for when you realize all this.

Can you please tell me what chords you are playing on the first verse where it says "worthy of honor and glory" ? I play by ear and the chords that I found online doesn't sound quite right to me, that's why I'm asking. Thank you!

Ima school everyone here. First off i agree this method is "fine" for capturing on the fly but not the best method. I believe it should go like this svideo vcr > time base corrector(some vcrs include this feature) > pci capture card > obs studio software > deinterlaced @ 59.94fps
