Crewing at Mayqueen made a much bigger difference than most people realize. The drop bags were all thrown in a pile with no organization at all. People were spending 15 mins or more trying to find their drop bag. I was about to give up searching and accept falling behind on my nutrition but luckily I spotted mine at the last second. To not only put your cheating in the video but actually brag about it is insane.

Dan!! Great video and series on Leadville. I appreciate the experience you brought forward. I the spirit of the sport, with what it means to find one’s self among the trails and to really see what we are made of, I think you need to go back a complete the race in the spirt of the rules. From pacing, to support in areas that are not allowed was frustrating to watch as you made your way through the course. I think you owe it to yourself.

Ok, so seed oils are highly processed. But what about the ones that aren't??? They exist. There are cold pressed seed oils. Are those still bad? No one ever talks about this. It's like saying coffee is bad for bones, but no one ever mentions that decaf is fine.

great note mate! so research suggests small doses (like a lot of things) but specifically more than 15g of it can have an effect on digestion, specifically the function of the intestinal wall. i would be on the safer side and be more in tune with no more than 10g
