Hi I’ve noticed you wear a whoop and Apple Watch together which do you think tracks your overall health better? And great video love this kind of content 👍🏼
@danchurchillcooks3 күн бұрын
Cheers mate! So i wear apple watch for life and also tracking my paces and run specific workouts. I use Whoop for a more comprehensive status of my health and recovery. eg. it tracks my sleep a lot more accurately as well as my strain and stress, where as the watch is better at telling me how i am tracking in a run, paces etc.... let me know if you want a link to whoop mate! I have had one for 5 years

i know this has nothing to do with the video, but i kept seeing Vibrations of Manifestation by alex lane mentioned in the comments of so many videos and even heard friends talk about it. i was skeptical, but i finally gave it a try, and honestly, it’s been life-changing. two weeks later, i’m finally in the position i’ve been manifesting for years-better opportunities, more confidence, and everything just feels aligned. had to share this with you.
@rajveergamer22884 күн бұрын
not related to the video at all, but i had to tell y’all about this. i kept seeing Vibrations of Manifestation by alex lane mentioned everywhere-in youtube comments, even random convos with friends. i caved and read it, and wow. within two weeks, i started seeing my dream life come together. it’s not about wishful thinking-it actually teaches you how to align your energy to make it happen.

this has nothing to do with the video, but i’ve been seeing comments about this book for weeks, and i couldn’t ignore it anymore. Vibrations of Manifestation by alex lane was hard to track down, but it’s honestly the best decision i’ve made. it’s crazy how fast things changed for me-two weeks after reading it, i landed the opportunity i’d been waiting for and started feeling more in control of my life. i just had to tell someone about it

Man your oatmeal always looks so bomb, I’m gonna have to try and make that! 🔥 Haven’t had it in so long, since I switched it for beef and eggs, to prioritise getting more fats in my diet 😅 Love the FDOE for meal inspiration, just prepped all my lunch and dinner ingredients for the week, 2.5 kg of potatoes, bunch of eggs, 1 kg of beef, and veggies down 🤝

Hey Dan thanks for the great content, it’s truly great insights, knowledge and understanding 🙏🏼 Do you feel hungry one hour apart… from shake to breakfast? I’m switching my habits as of right now! 🙌🏼
@danchurchillcooks3 күн бұрын
Gday mate! Thanks for the love. I am pretty hungry coming back from my runs, and the shake ties me over, by the time i get to breakfast I am hungry but super hungry and that is the feeling I want to be at. Being ahead of the impulsive craving, where you have sufficient energy in your system, but are getting ahead on what you need more of. I would say if you are doing doubles like I am consistently your body will naturally get hungrier quicker. A lot will also depend on your basal metabolic rate. The biggest lesson is, listen to your body... if you are stuffed, do not eat more. Listen to your body. Let me know how i can help more my dude

Wonderful restaurant, great ambience, delightful staff (especially the girl doing a take on your Aussie accent !), and you, Mr Churchill, are one of the world's best chefs ! I'll buy your cookbook within a couple of months. I have to buy chef Michel Dumas's cookbook first. Thanks for the video & all the best to you & your staff for 2025 !
