Love it. So cool. Thanks for being such a nice human being and putting positive energy into the universe. I’m 67 and going to incorporate this workout into my routines. Exercise is the fountain of youth. I’m 6ft weigh 205lbs and have a 33 in waist Lone thing I’ve learned is as we age we really need to stop putting the manhole covers on the barbell. I’ve been doing Pilates reformer, dumbbell routines with 30% of my body weights and dynamic routines like this.

I call that burpee a ice skater burpees. I do a burpee called a yogi burpees. Starting to do a inchworm to doing hindu push-ups. Pop your hips to push up position and do inchworm back up.
