Enjoyed hanging out with you both...Maybe the 'failed" fritters could be a Sunday Morning Hash type of thing??? The backyard is looking so good now. Will you do before and after pics once the reveal happens?? ...with the bar fridge, could you put it back facing forward and get some window frosting sticky stuff to put on the glass so you wouldn't even see the fridge from outside?? You don't necessarily have to use frosted. There are some nice coloured or patterned window clings as well. We have a tall narrow sidelite window by our front door and I didn't want to hang curtains there but we needed to have privacy so, we put up a window cling in a leaf motif. We still get the light through but no one can see inside. So, if you do something like that, you wouldn't even see the fridge from outside....The roasted veggie salad looked amazing...

Yes great idea about the fridge, we will investigate. Hopefully the before and after of the back yard will be up in a few weeks

Your garden looks really lovely. I was feeling hungry looking at the cooking, can't wait to try out the roasted veg salad. Watching the shed clean up has reminded me that this is a job on my list that I need to get to. A tip I was given to stop damaging screws that are hard to get out is to use one of those thick rubber bands between the screw and the screwdriver as it gives extra grip, I have tried it and it works. Hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend

Maybe you could just put a picture panel up in the window so you don't see the back of the fridge from the garden, and then you can have it facing the way you originally had it. Just a thought. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Try replacing bread crumbs with rolled oats. Put through the food processor first
