Built one for a friend yesterday. The self tappers were horrible. Some were bent outta the bag and a lot of the heads kept burning off

It’s so much easier to assemble them on the ground and pick them up in one piece. You only have to worry about getting each side in the bottom and you are not up on a ladder driving those screws.

Is it okay to store the saw in the vertical position long term? I have found some stands say not to keep the saw on the stand vertically in storage.

No, leave one a little lose when you first turn the key and it will purge the air but be ready to spin it tight

I have an Lb7 duramax which has the issue of injectors getting dirty fast. So I actually fill the fuel filter (not the water filter) with fuel injector cleaner and let that idle thru for about 5 mins. Replaced my injectors about a year ago at 200,000 miles and don’t want to have to do that again anytime soon.
