Just happened to me this morning, just started my detailing business and decided to drive the car without checking if it had insurance or not, got caught on a check point, have 10 days to produce proof of insurance and license, probably going court and loosing lisense, legit got my lisense 2 months ago, and ngl I’m shutting bricks rn, leason definitely learned

Quick Question, I want to do the same thing with my cupra. I was wondering if there is any annoying booming sound when you’re driving normally or if it’s still quite silent on the inside?

I don’t know why people keep saying to use soapy water all you have to do is clean the headlights of any dirt grease then stick the tint on one side stretch it out with a heat gun and stick on, then use sqeagy to take out any bubbles, also some cheap tinting films are cheap and thick they don’t stretch properly

Much better than the previous model. Proper led runningl lights ,Dab radio. Revised suspension ,Just a nicer car inside and out.Did they sort out the 4 silinder issue most likely.

would the consequences be less harsh for someone driuving without insurance under the age of 18,like would the ban be shorter ? Did they show recordings of you driving without insurance in court if you went?

It depends, but it sounds like he just accepted the fixed penalty meaning the case did not go to court. He was not allowed to drive because he was a new driver who received 6 points on his license from accepting the fixed penalty. Therefore the length of the "ban" was however long it took him to get his provisional and pass his theory and practical tests again. If he did go to court, then it is unlikely the court would take into account his age when sentencing him.
