Not a bad idea but some of the ticket numbers seem off to me, 5000 tickets for a potential 10k personal plate so you’d take a loss of a few K potentially, and then 2000 tickets for a steering wheel retrim, a leather/alcantara trim can be had for £300 or less from Royal

Everyone has a chip shop some times 3 right next to each other and more still opening. Easy to set up but not easy to get people to participate.
