Bosh! That was the best sprint finish moment since Wiggins led out Cav, in yellow, to win in Paris.

Graeme Obree with this technology during his career would beat any record. Look what he did with his home made bike! He also invented the Superman position after the UCI banned his previous position and even attempted to ban his bike and all this without using performance enhancing drugs!

90g carbo/hour - it is a lot. Assuming, that riders weight approximately 70kgs (?) it is 1.2g/kg. I am happy when I eat 60g carbo and I weight ~90kg.

Since your bikes aren't allowed to be filmed anymore is this the end of your channel? Are you going to request takedowns of your own videos? Hope so because it's hypocritical otherwise.

Why? He is a road rider, these guys don't know what dirty shoes are

Geraint Thomas, Thank you speaking with interviewers after each stage of the Giro. You are absolutely an outstanding human, with physical super hero athleticism, kindness, respect for other riders and the ability to see the funny side of life. Thank you for your energy and the strength you bring to every event.

Matt’s really a treasure. He really needs his own thing going on outside of cycling even, he should have a Graham Norton/Jonathan Ross type chat show with all sorts of celebrities turning up. Matt’s the best in the game at this kinda gig.

I remember riding 100 miles the first and only time and we messed up the route and got to 100 miles with zero mental or physical energy left…10 miles from home. There were tears

Prepare your body properly for that and you can do that multiple days in a row. I rode from devon in the UK where the old east german border was and that was over 1000 miles. I did that in 10 days. No rest. I rode every day with far too much crap to carry. I had ortlieb panniers. They were rated for 40 lbs and i was damn near that. I carried tools since i was poor and could not afford to buy a wheel in case someting went wrong. SO i had to carry freehwhell removal tool and a huge spanner to take it off and a huge chainwhip as well. 2 tires. Clothes. I did this at 45 years of age. I am in my middle 50's now but could still do it. Some people cant handle the solitary mental aspect and have to socialise of be with others. Not me. I can deal with it. I went through 3 days of hell at the start. I thought i was goign to quit. My knees were aching. On teh 4th day i started gettign stronger. In germany i was dropping regular riders on road bikes with all my gear You can do it
